NearMintRaw, “NMR” and this website all refer to the service we operate.

• Contact details you give us, such as your email address for the launch waiting list or a membership enquiry.
• Account information, such as your name, email address, delivery address and account settings, when you create an NMR account.
• Order information, such as the cards you buy, your delivery choice, correspondence about the order and any messages you send us.
• Cards and evidence, such as high-resolution scans, inspection measurements and condition notes for cards we inspect on your behalf.
• NMR Vision analyses you run and save. Your saved reports and the photos you upload are visible only to you.
• Basic technical information needed to run the site securely, such as session data.

• To show you the exact card you are buying, with its photographs and measurements.
• To inspect a card, produce its NMR Inspection Report and issue its Card Passport.
• To take, fulfil, ship and support an order, and to keep accounting records.
• To send launch and drop updates to people who asked for them.
• To answer questions, resolve problems and keep our records accurate.
• To protect the service from abuse and to meet our legal obligations.

We process your information to perform a contract with you (for example to sell, inspect and ship a card), for our legitimate interests in running and improving a transparent marketplace, where the law requires it, and on the basis of your consent for marketing emails. You can ask us to stop sending marketing emails at any time and we will.

We share only what is needed: postal and courier services to deliver your order, our hosting and storage providers who keep records for us, and payment or accounting systems where a transaction requires them. We do not sell your personal information.

Card Passports and inspection reports can be shared with a link you choose to send. Shared links carry the report or measurements themselves — not your uploaded photographs or your account details.

Waiting-list emails are kept until you ask us to remove them. Order, inspection and Card Passport records are kept for as long as we need them to support the cards we have handled, to meet tax and accounting rules, and to preserve the evidence behind a report we have issued. Your own uploads and NMR Vision reports are kept until you delete them or close your account.

Access to your records is restricted to the people who need them to run the service. Your uploads, saved Vision reports and personal data are held in private storage that only your account can read, and staff access is limited to the cards and reports they are working on.

You can ask to access, correct, delete or move your personal information, ask us to stop processing it, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how we handle your information. To make a request, write to our registered office address above or contact us through the messages area of your NMR account.

Collecting is a hobby for all ages. If you are under 18, please use this service with a parent or guardian, and ask them before you send us your details.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and we will tell waiting-list members and account holders about material changes.
