This website is owned and operated by Centric Precision Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17525264, registered office 2 Infirmary Street, Leeds, LS1 2JP. We trade as NearMintRaw (NMR).

NMR is a UK marketplace for individually photographed, professionally inspected raw Pokémon cards, alongside a Japanese Store, the NMR Vision centering tool, NMR Inspection Reports, Card Passports, membership plans, orders and shipping. Each listing shows the specific card you will receive.

NMR is not a grading company. We do not grade cards, we do not predict what a grading company will decide, and an NMR Inspection Report is not a certification.

A report records measured condition data — centering, corners, edges and surface — taken from the exact card we photographed. It is our professional opinion, given in good faith, and it is not a valuation or a guarantee of resale price.

• Prices, availability and card details can change until your order is confirmed by us.
• A contract begins when we confirm your order. If a card becomes unavailable we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid.
• You must be 18 or over to place an order. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must order.
• Payment is taken by the method shown at checkout. We do not store your payment card details on this website.

Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using tracked services, with the protection and delivery options shown at checkout and on our How To Buy page. Delivery estimates are estimates: carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you trace a parcel.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer, including your rights when a card is not as described. If a card you receive does not match its listing, tell us and we will make it right.

The previous selling service is retired. Sell with NMR is being prepared and card intake is not currently available. New selling terms will be provided before intake opens.

• Keep your account details accurate and do not share your login.
• Do not copy, scrape or republish our photographs, measurements or reports as your own certification, and do not interfere with the service.
• You can close your account at any time; we keep the records we are required or entitled to keep, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change or withdraw features, and we may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the service is the version that applies.

We are responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, and other liability we cannot lawfully exclude. We do not exclude or limit our liability for a card that turns out not to be as described. We are not responsible for market movements or for decisions you make using our measurements.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. Questions about these terms can be sent to our registered office address above or raised through the messages area of your NMR account.
